1. Need to remove "Account Balance" from the top left on the home page.

2. Remove the text "Custom Data Collections" from Checkout.

3. Make the Office Code box skinnier and wider.

4. Make the "Special Instructions for this order" box wider.

5. Remove "Custom Data Collections" from the Order Summary

6. Remove "Custom Data Collections" from the Order Confirmation

7. Remove the following fields from the Order Confirmation - Custom Data Collections, Shipping, Coupon, No Payment Required, and Shipping Method.

On the checkout screen remove – Shipping $0.00
On the checkout screen make Office Code (*REQUIRED FIELD) ALL ON ONE LINE
On the checkout screen make Special Instructions for this order all on one line
